Speaking as a NOW natural bodybuilding, for many years i did abuse steroids, and as great as they was for gains, your statement is so true regarding the correct diet, rest and training will do just as much.
Today im 38, any gains i made from steroids have gone. The steroids i used have dried my joints out, my elbows and knees are the same as a 60year olds. M
